The petition stands disposed of with the following order :- i) Appeal of the petitioner against the order of cancellation of licence issued under the provisions of Food and Drugs Act be decided expeditiously and in any case not later than six months from today.

ii)The order impugned cancelling licence of the petitioner shall remain stayed till then, as it is brought to my notice that in other similar circumstances the State Government has stayed the order of cancellation of licence.

The petitioner agrees to appear before the Appellate Authority on 2nd August, 2022.
