Heard. This application is for bringing legal heirs on record of deceased Shrirang Pandurang Pol who died on 04.04.2017. The Civil Application is made within time.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application and since the Civil Application is made within time, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

12.1492.17-caw a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus "(b) The respondent Nos.1(a) to 1(d) be allowed to bring on the record of the Writ Petition as a legal heir of deceased respondent No.1."

b) The applicant to carry out appropriate amendment in Writ Petition within three weeks from today, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

c) If amendment is carried out within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, the Applicant is directed to serve an amended copy of the Writ Petition, if any, on the added respondents in the Writ Petition, immediately thereafter.
