This Petition ought to have been filed on the Original Side. Accordingly, we transfer the Petition to the Original Side. The Petitioners to carry out consequential amendments at the earliest. 2.

For a period of one week from today, no action shall be taken on the basis of the impugned notice dated 17 th June, 2015 subject to condition that the Petitioners shall file an undertaking in this Court stating that they will continue to occupy the premises in their possession at their own risk. Undertakings to state that due to collapse of the building or any part thereof, if any loss is caused to any third party, the Petitioners shall be solely responsible for the said loss.
