Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the Writ Petition was filed against the order dated 2.3.2017 rejecting the leave to defend, however, now the Summary Suit is decreed and the execution proceedings are taken out. He submits that the petitioner / original defendant wants to take necessary steps and hence, he be allowed to withdraw the petition. 3.

Writ Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such.
