By an order dated 31 March 2016, this Court noted that none had appeared for the Petitioner on that date or even on the last occasion, i.e. on 15 February 2016, and the matter was stood over as a last chance to the Petitioner with a clarification that no accommodation would be granted to the Petitioner on the next date. Even today, none appears for the Petitioner. The Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
