By this application, applicant is seeking substitute service on some of the respondents.

Considering the reasons disclosed in the Civil Application, applicant has made out case for following order:
(I) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus:
(b) That the Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass an order for issuing substitute mode of service by way of publication in any local newspaper and pest on the address mentioned in the Contempt Petition No. 444 of 2015 for the appearance of the Respondent nos. 8, 9, 13, 14 as they have not appeared in this Hon'ble court despite ordinary summons.
(II) Applicant to publish notice in two leading newspapers, one in English and one in regional language on or before 29/06/2019 and file affdiavit of service to that effect, failing which Contempt Petition shall stand 2/3
dismissed against unserved respondents without referring back to the Court.
(IV) Civil Application stands disposed of.
