In view of the fact that substantial questions of law are framed, the respondents are restrained from creating any third party interest in the suit property or changing its nature during the pendency of the Appeal. The respondents shall be at liberty to deposit the amount alongwith interest at the rate of 6% p.a. as directed by the order dated 23rd April, 2014 in this Court, in order to avoid further increase in the amount of interest.
