By the present Petition, the Petitioner has sought his transfer from Kolhapur Central Prison to Mumbai Central Prison on the ground that, he is an accused in another crime his trial is going on at Mumbai. That, it is difficult for his family members to meet him at Kolhapur Central Prison. 2.

Learned APP on instructions submitted that, the Petitioner has been convicted in Sessions Case No.472 of 2010 and is undergoing sentence at Kolhapur Central Prison, Kolhapur.

He submitted that, Mumbai Central Prison is meant for under trial prisoners and no convict is lodged therein. 4.

In view of the above, we do not find any substance in the present Petition and is accordingly disposed off.
