I have gone through the application for condonation of delay. The delay is of 289 days. Considering the facts and circumstances, I am of the opinion that equities can be balanced by allowing the application subject to cost.

Accordingly, the Civil Application is allowed subject to the Applicant paying cost of Rs.1,000/-(each) to Respondent Nos. 1 to 7 who are represented through an Advocate within period of four weeks from today.
