This is an application for condonation of delay of 316 days in preferring appeal against conviction.

Learned Advocate for Applicant submitted that, on the date of pronouncement of impugned Judgment and Order dated 15th June 2021, the Applicant was taken into custody for undergoing sentence and therefore the Applicant could not prefer appeal within the period of limitation. 3.

Perusal of Application would indicate that, sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay.

In view thereof, delay is condoned and Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (a).
