Heard for some time. When this Court was not inclined to consider the criminal application for bail favourably, Mr. Nikam, the learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the same. The only limited request is that the trial may be expedited. 2.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor and the learned Counsel appearing for the intervenor pointed out that out of seven prosecution witnesses, five have already been examined. It is mentioned that limited physical court working has resumed. Sneha Chavan page 1 of 2

In view of the fact that it is a custody trial, it is bound to be conducted expeditiously. Further having regard to the fact that five out of seven witnesses have already been examined, the learned Sessions Judge shall proceed with the trial as expeditiously as possible. Subject to this, the Criminal Application is disposed of as withdrawn.
