P.C:- In furtherance of the order dated 27th August 2021, the learned APP makes a statement that the Investigating Officer has confirmed from the MAHA RERA Authorities that there was a Settlement Agreement recorded before the said Authority. In the wake of the said statement, learned APP fairly state that the Investigating Officer do not intend to have custody of the present applicant but this is subject to the stipulation that he must cooperation in the investigation by giving his specimen signature and also by making available the original of the documents which were submitted before the RERA Authority.

O R D E R

(a) In the event of his arrest, the Applicant - Umesh M. Wakade in connection with C.R.No.477 of 2021 registered with Wakad Police Station shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties of the like amount. (b) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence.

(c) The Applicant shall report to the Police Station on 8th, 14th and 17th September 2021 between 10.00 am to 2.00 p.m and render all his co-operation to the Investigating Officer, and also submit his specimen signature.
