1] This is an application for extension of time to furnish sureties. By an Order dated 2nd May 2018 passed by this Court in Criminal Bail Applicaton No.411 of 2018, the applicant was directed to be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.1.00 lakh with one or more local solvent sureties in the like amount within a period of six weeks from his release on cash bail.

2] The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that, as a matter of fact the applicant has furnished documents of the concerned 1/2

He submitted that the procedure of actual acceptance of surety is remained and it may take about three weeks to comply with the same. 3] In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause No.5(i).
