It is submitted that the amount of compensation, as awarded by M.A.C.T., Raigad-Alibag in M.A.C.P. No.151 of 1992 vide its Judgment and Award dated 27th November 1996 and as directed by this Court vide order dated 13th October 1997 to deposit with the Tribunal, has already been deposited in the Tribunal.

In view thereof, the ad-interim stay granted earlier by this Court is confirmed.
