By prayer clause (a) of the above Writ Petition, the Petitioners seek relief that all papers relating to the investigation conducted by the Respondents in respect of the complaints dated 03/04/2017, 05/04/2017 and 24/06/2017 be placed before this Court.

In so far as the said complaints are concerned, they are comprised in the statements recorded of the Petitioners on 05/04/2017. Thereafter there are written complaints dated 05/04/2017 and 24/06/2017 as also a complaint dated 23/06/2017 addressed to the Commissioner of Police, Mumbai. We therefore direct the Respondents to inquire into the said complaints if not already inquired, and if inquired, communicate the outcome of the said inquiry to the Petitioners. If the inquiry is to be carried out and the outcome is to be communicated, the same to be done within six weeks from date. If only the lgc

(22) wp-2558.17 outcome is to be communicated, the same to be done within two weeks from date. It would be contingent upon such inquiry and communication of the outcome that the future course of action would be open to the Petitioners. It is therefore not necessary to keep the above Writ Petition pending. With the directions as aforesaid the above Writ Petition is disposed of. Needless to clarify that save and except the prayer clause (a) of the above Writ Petition, other prayers have not been considered by this Court.
