Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. Considering the fact that amendment is based on subsequent events and petition is at preadmission stage, we allow amendment without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties. Accordingly, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from the dte on which this order is uploaded. Place the petitions high upon board on 16th July 2018. Ad-interim relief granted earlier to continue till then.
