CORAM : B.P. DHARMADHIKARI & A.S. GADKARI, JJ.

JULY 24, 2015.

P.C. :- Heard respective Counsel. Perused application as also the notification dated 25th August 1993 issued by Ministry of External Affairs and Public Advisory dated 23rd December 2014. Perused earlier orders of this Court dated 14th September 2011 and 27th September 2013.

First order permitting renewal has been passed by this Court on Criminal Application No. 886 of 2010 on 27th July 2010 and in that this Court directed consideration for renewal of pass-port for one year. In 14th September 2011 order, this

In the background of facts disclosed in paragraph 3 onwards and supported by affidavit, we find that renewal for a period of three years shall meet the ends of justice. 4.

In this situation, on same terms and conditions as are imposed by earlier order dated 14th September 2011, we direct the authorities to consider renewal for period of three years.

5.

Application is accordingly partly allowed and disposed of. No costs.
