Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this Application, the Applicant seeks release of the Applicant on cash bail for a temporary period of eight weeks, till two local solvent sureties are furnished.

Perused the papers. Vide order dated 09.04.2019, this Court ( Coram : A. S. Gadkari, J. ) was pleased to enlarge the Applicant on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs. 25,000/- with one

or two solvent local sureties in the like amount. 4.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is from Madhya Pradesh and the Applicant is unable to furnish one or two local solvent sureties unless he is released on bail, as he has no other family member in Mumbai. He submits that the Applicant was only a Manager of the Spa. Learned counsel relies on the observations made by this Court in the order dated 09.04.2018, whilst enlarging the Applicant on bail. 5.

Learned Counsel, on instructions of the Applicant, submits that the Applicant will attend the concerned police station regularly till such time he furnishes local solvent sureties. 6.

It appears that the Applicant, despite being enlarged on bail on 09.04.2019, has not been released, as he is unable to furnish sureties as directed.

Accordingly, the Application is allowed on the following terms & conditions :-

O R D E R (i) The Applicant be enlarged on cash bail in the sum of Rs. 25,000/-, for a period of eight weeks;

(ii) The Applicant shall within the said period of eight weeks, furnish P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or two local sureties in the like amount, as directed by this Court vide Order dated 09.04.2019;

(iii) The Applicant shall not leave Mumbai till he furnishes local solvent sureties;

(iv) The Applicant shall report to the investigating officer of the concerned police station on every Monday and Thursday from 10.00 a. m. to 11.00 a. m. till clause (a) of the order dated 09.04.2019 is complied;

(v) The Applicant shall inform his latest place and mobile contact number and or change of residence or mobile details, if any, from time to time to the Court seized of the matter and to the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station; (vi) Rest of the conditions to remain as it is.

The Application is, accordingly, disposed of.
