Petitioner nos.1 and 3 are present with their advocates. Respondent no.2 complainant is present with her advocate. APP appears for respondent no. 1.

Parties jointly seek quashing of the FIR No. 63 of 2018 dated 4/2/2018 under sections 498A, 406, 504, 506 and 34 of IPC. 3.

Consent terms have already been filed in the Family Court at Bandra in Petition No.F-1191 of 2018 on 02/05/2018. Respondent no.2 submits that she has already received the amount of Rs. 3 lacs. The amount of Rs. 7 lacs is deposited by the nilegaonkar 1/2

18-apl-725.2018.odt petitioners in the Family court and it can be withdrawn by respondent no. 2 after 26/12/2018 when that Court is supposed to grant decree of divorce.

Present proceedings are filed for quashing of the FIR as agreed in the consent terms.
