This is an application for restoration of Criminal Application No.541/2013. By an order dated 30.4.2015, the applicant was granted two weeks time to remove the office objections, failing which application would stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. As the applicant did not remove the office objections within the stipulated period the said Criminal Application has been dismissed for non compliance of the order dated 30.4.2015.
