P.C.:- This is an Application for condonation of delay of 1 year and 313 days in filing the present Appeal against conviction. Learned Advocate for the Applicant submitted that, immediately after pronouncement of impugned Judgment and Order, the COVID-19 pandemic began. That, the Applicant was also facing financial crunch and it is also the reason that, Applicant could not file present Appeal within the period of limitation.

Perusal of Application would indicate that, sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay.
