Learned AGP raises a preliminary objection. He submits that the Petitioner has an alternate efficacious remedy by filing a Revision Application before the Hon'ble Minister for Revenue under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code.

In view of the preliminary objection raised by the learned AGP, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this Petition with liberty to file an appropriate Revision Application before the Hon'ble Minister under Section 257 of the

WP 7824-18.doc Maharashtra Land Revenue Code. Accordingly, the Petition is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. 3.

It is made clear, that this Petition has not been heard on merits.
