The above Petition is directed against the acceptance of the nomination of the Respondent No.1 herein by virtue of the order dated 8/7/2015 passed by the Appellate Authority i.e. the Additional Commissioner/ Special Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Pune. In my view no case for interference in the writ jurisdiction of this Court is made out. The above Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. However, it would be open for the Petitioner to adopt appropriate proceedings after the elections are over, if the occasion so arises. [R.M.SAVANT, J] lgc
