The above Petition takes exception to the order dated 6-3-2017 passed by the Learned Metropolitan Magistrate's 32nd Court, Bandra, Mumbai. By the said order, the A-summary Report submitted by the Police came to be accepted by the Learned Magistrate as also the application for further investigation by CBI or DCB, filed by the Petitioner came to be rejected. Against the said order dated 6-3-2017, the Petitioner has a remedy by way of a Revision under Section 397 of the Cr. P.C. It is therefore not necessary for this Court to entertain the above Petition. By relegating the Petitioner to the said remedy, the above Writ Petition is disposed of.
