The learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2-State makes a statement that the present petition has become infractuous as order of transfer so challenged itself has been worked out as the respondent No.1 has been further transferred and there he has already joined also. Therefore, keeping all contentions open, both the petitions are disposed off with liberty.
