This is an Application for condonation of delay of 23 days in preferring present Criminal Appeal (ST) No. 11400 of 2022. 2.

Learned counsel for Applicant submitted that, in the prayer clause of the present Application inadvertently the delay has been stated as 7 days instead of 23 days.

Perusal of Application indicates that, sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay.
