Both sides state that the issue in these Writ Petitions is common to the case in which that this Court passed a judgment yesterday i.e. on 22nd February, 2017, as also in Writ Petition No.5495 of 2010 decided on 11th October, 2013, Maharashtra Rajya Prathmik Shikshan Samitee & Ors. vs. State of Maharashtra & Ors.
In view thereof, both these petitions are disposed of in identical terms. There will be no order as to costs. In view of the disposal of the Writ Petition No.5500 of 2011, nothing survives in Civil Application No. 1950 of 2014 and it is, accordingly, disposed of.
