Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

The petitioner seeks direction to police to register an offence under the provisions of MCOCA in respect of FIRs which are not lodged by the petitioner. It is further submitted by the Counsel appearing for petitioner that petitioner has been dispossessed by respondents 9 and 10 against which act the petitioner had filed a separate complaint. It is further submitted that petitioner's statement has been recorded by the police two days before.

In the facts, we are not inclined to issue directions to the police to register an offence under MCOC Act against the respondent nos. 9 and 10 on a complaint lodged by a third person.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue his own complaint, which he claims to have lodged with the police against respondent nos. 9 and 10.

No case is made out for exercising writ jurisdiction of this court. Petition is dismissed.
