There is a noting to show that this petition stands abated as against respondent No.3 in terms of Additional Registrar's order dated 29-01-2000. Also there is nothing on record to indicate that no steps have been taken for setting aside the abatment. 2.

This matter was called out on 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th and 26th May 2017. On all these dates, neither the petitioners nor their advocates were present. Today when the matter is called out, the same position continues.

Since this matter relates to the year 1997, it is not possible to grant any further indulgence. The Petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim order, if any, stand vacated.
