Though, the Respondents are duly served, no one appeared on behalf of them, when the matter called out.

By all these three Civil Applications , the Applicant is seeking condonation of 2 years and 84 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the common judgment and award dated 15.07.2014 passed by the 3rd Sneha Chavan

28 caf 1177-18=.doc Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nashik in LAR Nos. 16/2005, 17/2005 and 19/2005.

Considering the submissions made by the learned AGP for the Applicant and averments made in Civil Applications, I am satisfied that Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Applications.

Hence, the following order is passed:

a) Delay in filing First Appeals in all three matters, is condoned.

b) All three Civil Applications stand disposed of accordingly.

c) No order as to costs.
