After the matter was heard for some time, counsel for the Petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the Writ Petition. 2.

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the judgment and order dated 17 December 2022 passed by the Court of Small Causes on order below Exhibit - 24, thereby allowing the application of the Respondent / Defendant, thereby taking on record the written statement of the Defendant subject to payment of Rs.2,000/- to the Plaintiff.

Advocate for the Petitioner states that costs of Rs.2,000/- has already been paid to the Plaintiff. Accordingly the order dated 17 December 2022 has been complied with and as the costs has been 1/2

In view of the same, the advocate for the Petitioner is seeking liberty to withdraw the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
