The petition is filed for quashing the FIR bearing CR No.175 of 2018 registered with Vile Parle Police Station at the instance of the respondent No.4. A copy of the said FIR is annexed at page 33. We have gone through the same. Serious allegations under sections 354, 420, 376, 377 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 are made against the present petitioner in the subject FIR. The veracity of the allegations cannot be gone into in the petition filed under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
