Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that he has telephonic instructions to withdraw the writ petition. He is further seeking adjournment to have said instructions in writing and to keep the petitioner present in the Court. Learned APP appears for Respondent Nos.1 to 3. 2.

In view of statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, we find it not necessary to have on record any written instructions of the petitioner.
