This Civil Application is preferred by original Defendant No.2 for stay of the operation and implementation of the decree dated 17/06/2013 passed by the Bombay City Civil Court, Mumbai in Short Cause Suit No.981/2008 restraining the Defendants from dispossessing the Plaintiff from suit property i.e. shop/office premises admeasuring 15' x 10' sq.ft. carpet area, Chauhan Compound, Near Balkeshwar Shiv Mandir, Sanjay Nagar, Off Gosaliya Road, Laltiwari Road, Kandivali (W), Mumbai - 400067.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that this court (Coram : S. V. Gangapurwala, J.) granted status-quo on 16/07/2013. He submits that he is not pressing the Civil Application except to continue status-quo order granted by this court. Same is accepted. Hence, following order:

a) Civil Application stands dismissed, as not pressed.

b) Parties are directed to maintain statusquo in respect of suit premises till hearing and final disposal of the First Appeal.

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
