P.C.:- At the outset, Mr. Patil, learned Advocate appearing for Respondent No.1 and 2 raised a preliminary objection and submitted that, against the impugned Order dated 22nd May, 2014 passed under Section 101 of Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 (for short 'the MCS Act'), a substantive revision under Section 154(2) of the MCS Act is maintainable and without availing the said remedy, the Petitioner has directly approached this Court.

In view thereof learned Advocate for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to avail and/or adopt appropriate alternate remedy as may be available under the provisions of the MCS Act. Leave and liberty granted.

Writ Petition is disposed off, as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
