By this Petition, Petitioner has sought a writ directing the Respondents No.1/2 to expedite the hearing of the Revision Application at page 46 of the Petition filed against the order dated 10 May 2022 passed by Respondent No.3. After the matter is heard for some time, learned AGP submits that she needs some time to ascertain the period within which the revision application as well as stay application before the Minister would be decided. 2.

List the matter on board on 24.5.2023.

Till the next date, the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records not to proceed with the hearing." 2.

Today, learned APP appears and states, on instructions, that the Revision Application would be decided within a period of twelve weeks. Mr. Nargolkar, learned Counsel for the Petitioner accepts the same.

Let Respondents No.1/2 decide the Revision Application within a period of twelve weeks and communicate the order to Petitioner within one week thereafter. If the order is adverse to Petitioner, the same be not implemented for a period of two weeks after communication. The interim order passed earlier to continue till further period of two weeks after the order of Respondents No.1/2 is communicated to Petitioner. 4.
