Learned APP on instructions from Mr. Rajendra M. Tarapure, Jailor-II, Mumbai Central Prison submitted that the case of the Petitioner i.e. Sessions Case No. 25 of 2005 pending on the file of the Additional Sessions Judge, Sangamner has been expedited by this Court. That, the Petitioner is now being regularly produced before the trial Court for hearing. That, the next date of hearing of the said case is 21.11.2022 and Petitioner will be produced before the trial Court on the said date.

2. In view of the above, the grievance of the Petitioner does not survive.

3. Petition is accordingly disposed off.
