By the above Writ Petition, the Petitioner is interalia seeking the following reliefs :

"(a) rule be issued, record and proceedings be called for; (b) that by an appropriate writ, order or direction, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash and set aside the notice bearing outward No.DMC/818/21 dated 17.08.2021 issued by the Respondent No.5 for convening the meeting of the standing committee on 20.08.2021;"
