This Interim Application has been fled for seeking stay of the judgment and order dated 24.07.2019 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sangli, in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.55 of 2018.

The learned counsel appearing for the Applicant - Insurance Company submitted that the entire decreetal amount of Rs.20,86,000.00 alongwith interest thereon shall be deposited by the Insurance Company in the Trial Court within a period of ten weeks from today. The statement is accepted.

The Applicant - Insurance Company is directed to deposit the decreetal amount alongwith interest amount in the Trial Court and fle a compliance report of the same in the present First Appeal.

If the Insurance Company deposits the aforesaid amount in the Trial Court within the prescribed period, there shall be stay to the judgment and order dated 24.07.2019. 5.

In that view of the above, Interim Application stands disposed of.
