Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

This application is preferred seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R. No. 292 of 2023 registered at Ambad police station for the offences punishable under section 420 read with 34 of Indian penal Code, 1860.

By an order dated 4th July, 2023 this Court was persuaded to grant interim protection as it prima facie appeared that no amount had been accepted by the applicant.

Learned APP on instruction submits that the applicant has appeared before the Investigating Officer in terms of the order dated 4th July, 2023 and the investigation till this date has not revealed that any amount has been received by the applicant, and the role of the applicant is that of introducing the first informant to Vishal Parekar ...1

In the aforesaid view of the matter, I am inclined to make the order of interim bail dated 4th July, 2023 absolute. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

1] The order dated 4th July, 2023 is made absolute on the terms and conditions incorporated therein.

2] In addition, the applicant shall regularly attend the proceedings before the jurisdictional Court.

Application stands disposed.
