The Appellant Mrs. Rachna Swapnil Sagar Respondent Swapnil Sagar are present before the Court. They are identified by their respective learned Counsels. The Respondent Swapnil Sagar had filed Family Court Petition No. A-702 of 2008, which came to be decided by a judgment dated 12th May, 2011.

FCA.99/2011(902) filed compromise deed running into three pages, on each of the page of this deed the Petitioner / first party and Respondent / second party have put their signatures. The learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant and Respondent have also signed at the bottom of page No.3 of compromise deed. The Counsels identify the parties.

The parties submit that they have entered into compromise which may be taken on record and Appeal be disposed of accordingly.
