The learned counsel for the applicant, after arguing for some time, seeks liberty to withdraw the application. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice. In view of this, the learned Sessions Judge, Thane, seized with Sessions Case No.172 of 2016 is hereby requested to make an endeavour to conclude the recording of evidence, as far as possible, within nine months from the date of this order.
