The original Criminal Bail Application No.1070 of 2020 was filed jointly by the present applicant as the applicant No.2 and one Rajendra Sadanand Pawar as the applicant No.1. s application in Criminal Bail Application No.1070 of 2020 which he has preferred as the applicant No.2 is allowed to be withdrawn and he is granted liberty to file a separate application for his release on bail. 3.

Consequently, the Criminal Bail Application No.1070 of 2020 shall be considered only for the applicant No.1 Rajendra Pawar.
