This Application is for bringing legal heirs of the deceased Appellant/Applicant on record. The Application is filed by the legal heirs. There is delay of 60 days in filing of this Application. 2.

Learned Advocate of the Respondent opposes the Application and stated in there is no proper explanation given for delay. 3.
