Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned Counsel for the respondent No.1.

Learned Counsel for the applicant states that pursuant to the order dated 11th July, 2016, the applicant has deposited the entire amount of 1/3

Rs. 65,000/- in the Registry of this Court. He has produced the receipt. The same is taken on record. He submits that the applicant has now deposited the entire amount of compensation as directed by the Trial Court and confirmed by the Appellate Court.

Learned Counsel for the respondent No.1 seeks time to take instructions. Considering the fact that the entire amount is deposited, parties to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement. Revision Application and Application No. 384 of 2016 be listed on 28th August, 2016.

Considering that the applicant has deposited the entire amount, the applicant is enlarged on bail on the following condition : (i) The applicant be released on cash bail in the sum of Rs.10,000/-, for a period of four weeks. The applicant shall thereafter furnish P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount, within a period of two weeks of his release on cash bail;
