As per the office remark, the notice issued to the sole Respondent has been returned unserved, as, according to Bailiff's report, Respondent is not residing at the given address and he has left the premises long back, before 10 years. 3.

As this Writ Petition is against the decree of eviction and it appears that the Respondent has vacated the premises and left about 10 years back, this Writ Petition has become infructuous. 1/2 WP-2905-00.doc

Otherwise also, on the last date and today also, no one is present for the Petitioner and as per the order passed on 1st September 2017, this Writ Petition is placed for dismissal.
