Heard the learned APP appearing for the Respondent/State. The Petitioner has filed an application dated 01/06/2015 thereby making a complaint that, he had ailment in respect of the eyes and legs. The learned APP, on instructions, submits that the Petitioner now stands transferred to open prison at Paithan. In the event, if the ailment of the Petitioner subsists, the concerned Jailer/Competent Authority is directed to consider the same and give appropriate treatment to the Petitioner.
