Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that after his challenge to the impugned order dated 3rd December, 2014 below Exhibit-18 passed by the Trial Court in this application, the Trial Court has proceeded to decide the main petition itself and hence, this application is rendered infructuous. 2.
Learned counsel for respondent No.1 makes a grievance that the applicant is in arrears and needs to pay the maintenance as is granted.
