The civil application has been served on the parties as well as the proposed respondents. None appears to show cause. For the reasons stated in the civil application, the delay is condoned and legal heirs of Respondent No.5 are brought on record in terms of prayer clause -(b) of the civil application. Amendment to be carried out within three weeks. Second Appeal to be served on the newly added respondents. The Civil Application is disposed of. Civil Application No.633 of 2016 This civil application is for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.1. The application has been served on the parties as well as the proposed respondents. None appears to showcause.

For the reasons stated in the civil application, the delay is condoned. Legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No.1 are brought on record in terms of prayer clause -(a) of the civil application. Amendment to be carried out within three weeks. Amended copy of the second appeal to be served on the newly added respondents. Civil Application is disposed of.
