In view of clause 10 of the Maharashtra Village Police-Patils (Recruitment, Pay, Allowances and Other Conditions of Service) Order, 1968, it is not necessary to entertain the above Petition as the Petitioner has a remedy by way of a Second Appeal before the State Government. By relegating the Petitioner to the said remedy, the above Petition is disposed of. In the event the issue of limitation arises, the fact that the Petitioner had filed the above Petition in this Court in April 2015 and was pursuing the same can be urged by the Petitioner.
